Who are you?
Ideally, you're somebody that has 5+ years' experience as a sales engineer, (possibly even selling to NSW's 142 Approved Service Providers - although that's not an absolute requirement), and you're ready to step up into a management role.
Or, maybe you're already in sales management and you're looking for change... and great mentorship.

The role?
Operating from the company's headquarters in Albury/Wodonga, you'll be responsible for leading the growth ambitions of Summit, particularly focused on creating and nurturing relationships with the 142 Approved Service Providers (ASPs) in New South Wales.
You'll spend the first few months getting the lay of the land, undertaking discovery calls to understand scopes of works, and then presenting and promoting Summit Power's unique solution, and winning orders.
From there, your focus will turn to coaching, mentoring, and building your small sales team—with both inside and field reps.
Ultimately you'll become responsible for all aspects of the go-to-market aspect of the business, working alongside two peers in Finance and Operations.
Reporting to the managing director, the three of you will be responsible for the effective running of the business.
