In this critical role, you will spearhead our sales efforts in the Adelaide region, driving strategies to enhance our market share and foster relationships with key stakeholders. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our local sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Requirements Responsibilities & Duties Lead and manage the Adelaide sales team in executing strategic sales initiatives. Develop and implement localized sales tactics that align with Crown's broader objectives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for the sales team. Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns for the Adelaide market. Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management. Ensure team compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Skills & Experience Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the materials handling or industrial equipment sectors. Strong leadership and mentoring skills to develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. A results-oriented mindset with a dedication to achieving targets.
