About The Role
Daikin Australia is currently looking to recruit for a Sales Manager based in Melbourne, VIC to manage and support the operations of Daikin Trade Centers, sales budgets and staffing. This role will contribute to the development of the annual DTC state sales strategy, in collaboration with the State Manager to support Daikin's overall strategic objectives.
Reporting to the VIC State Manager, this role will also have responsibility for monitoring and managing individual store and sales staff performance to meet DTC sales targets for units and accessories, coaching and mentoring DTC Sales team members to ensure their continual success and the day-to-day staff, including rostering.
About You
Successful applicant should ideally have the below requirements:
Previous demonstrated leadership management skills, ideally in a Trade industry.
Previous knowledge of products such as unitary and accessories will be beneficial but not essential.
Strong understanding of trade market dynamics and customers.
Ability to be adaptive and agile to constant challenges & changes.
Ability to cope with conflict and work under pressure.
Firm understanding of WH&S requirements.
