We have an exciting position available for an experienced Sales Manager Cross Divisional to join our vibrant, passionate, fast-paced team in Adelaide. The purpose of this position is to consistently recruit, train, manage, motivate and lead a team of sales people to meet or exceed monthly targets such that customer retention and portfolio growth, and hence turnover growth, is sustainable in the longer term. In this role you will be responsible for: Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales. Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities through securing profitable new customers and upselling to drive density to existing customers. Developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with customer base within major accounts. Developing proposals appropriate to customers' needs, including product, service and cost options. Facilitating the resolution of any issues by actively resolving all first line queries and escalating where required. Documenting all customer contact information into company systems and applications. Monitoring competitor and market activity, reporting significant developments to management and monitoring market trends through personal contact with customers. To be successful in this role you will have: A minimum of 2 years' demonstrated experience working within a service industry (desirable). Experience in B2 B sales and cold calling. Outstanding verbal and written communications skills. An understanding of the local area and a direct selling culture. High level commercial and negotiation skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
