Job Description

What you will be doing: Actively lead the Corporate segment's financial and administrative activities, managing and coordinating all group required arrangements.Define precisely guest requirements and ensure that the guest services offered correspond effectively to their requests.Provide after-sales service and ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
Ensure that all complaints have initiated follow-up action.Negotiate prices with clients.Familiarity with the operation and application of the hotel's computer/data processing system. Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role as Sales Manager.Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Strong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft Office.Working experience in 5-star hotel operation is highly regarded. Additional Information
