Due to continued growth, we're seeking a Sales Manager to join our team and drive our business forward.

Role Overview:

As Sales Manager for our Central Coast team, you will drive growth in residential and commercial solar and battery storage systems. You'll manage and coach the sales team, and ensure we meet our revenue targets. You'll develop effective sales strategies, foster a positive team culture, and play a key role in expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, strong sales leadership experience, and a track record of achieving ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targetsDevelop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and increase revenueMonitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise sales processes and team effectivenessBuild and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunitiesTrain and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeedManage daily operations, including team retention, promotions, and ensuring company complianceWork closely with the National Sales Manager and HR team to ensure recruitment, training, and team development align with company goalsWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in sales management and leading a team to successStrong understanding of sales processes and ability to implement effective strategiesExcellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide the teamA passion for renewable energy and the desire to make an impact in the industryAbility to travel to meet clients and support the teamA proactive approach with a hunger for growth and successWhy Join Us?
