About the role Be a strategic member of the Solis Security team, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.Collaborate with the leadership team to define sales goals and objectives aligned with business objectives.Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Presenting company products to potential new clients at a C suite and senior stakeholder level.Developing account plans and strategies to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets.Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the leadership team.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity business development and make recommendations for continuous improvement.CRM database management.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales enablement materials, support lead generation efforts and align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.Stay current on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity to maintain a competitive edge. About you Min 3+ years of experience B2B selling IT Solutions / Cyber Solutions / Software-as-a-Service (Saas) / Professional Services.Strong track record of achieving targets.A positive, enthusiastic, resilient and driven attitude, eager for career development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, able to anticipate challenges and develop creative solutions.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise in the IT sector - knowledge of IT security products is beneficial but not essential.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, both autonomously and within a team.Highly efficient, organised, and effective time management skills.Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars and conferences.A degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.The ability to build great relationships.A passion for innovative technology and cyber security.
