Their core products assist with emissions measurement and feed efficiency, allowing producers worldwide to monitor livestock performance and measure environmental impact.
The PositionReporting to the Global Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing an existing business in Australia and New Zealand, whilst focusing on developing new opportunities and expanding their market presence. You will work closely with partners in the research, industry associations and producer segments to educate and introduce to them our client's key products and ensure they are aware of the solution opportunities available with each product.
In addition you will:
Represent our client at relevant industry events, field days and product demonstrations.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets for both new and existing businesses.Build and maintain relationships from farm-gate to boardrooms, targeting a broad spectrum of relationships within customers to ensure for a true partnership.Assist internal stakeholders to appreciate local market opportunities, ensure smooth product delivery and maintain clear communication channels with relevant parties.The PersonWe are keen to talk to you if you have the following experience, skills and personal attributes:
A proven track record in sales across the agricultural, livestock or ag-tech sectors.Experience working across the Australian Beef or Dairy sector would be preferred, as well as an understanding on livestock emissions.Communication and relationship building skills which would see you comfortable in the paddock as well as head office.A natural self-motivator who enjoys executing sales strategies and building a business.Comfortable traveling as part of your role across Australia and New Zealand (50% of the role).In return, you will be seen as the 'go-to' person within the ANZ market for an emerging industry, and be representing technology which continues to grow in sophistication and relevancy across a number of key markets in the agricultural landscape.
