Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
The role of an Accounts Manager is to be in charge of the coordination of all the sales activities (acquisition, development) for a specific account or part of the account (either a specific product line or to be the interface of the customer account or part of the account). The main missions of the role are to:
Interface with the customer at 1st management level.
Visit existing or new customers frequently and ensure customer satisfaction of 90% or above.
Ensure sales revenue increases each year based on the sales plan.
Support and coordinate with the customer service team and production team to communicate with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely project completion.
Ensure proper documentation of all prices and written communication to customers, and effectively share the communication with relevant personnel from design, installation, production, or accounts team.
Actively follow up on customer feedback such as quotations and check coherence of all offers, validating offers regarding project changes.
Support accounts to receive payments on time.
Glass/windows industrial experience is a plus.
