A fantastic new opportunity has become available for a highly skilled and proven Sales Manager to join this growing dealership, based in the stunning coastal town of Mackay.
This role requires an experienced Sales Manager to continue to push the growth of this new vehicle department and oversee and mentor staff to reach and exceed targets.
You will be leading an already successful team of sales staff while working with one of Australia's leading brands.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven recent experience in automotive sales management.
You will need to possess strong leadership skills, but also the ability to nurture and mentor your staff to get the best performance from your team.
Strong attention to detail, an analytical mind, strong negotiation skills, and exceptional communication skills are also highly desirable.
Responsibilities of the role:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
Mentor and provide training and guidance to the sales team to maximize their performance.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities.
Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Manage vehicle inventory and ensure optimal stock levels are met.
Ensure brand compliance with guidelines and marketing standards.
Analyse sales data, market feedback, customer surveys, etc.
to identify areas for improvement.
In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, comprising of retainer + super, a maintained drive car plus incentives.
Proven performers should see an OTE around c$150,000pa.
