Sales / Lettings Negotiator

Reeds Rains estate agents are one of Northern Ireland's largest estate agency branch networks with 7 branches in total.This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is charismatic, resilient & enjoys working as part of a team.Typical Duties to include:Dealing with customers both in person and over the phoneAbility to work as part of a team and to monthly targetsCarrying out sales & lettings viewingsDealing with general admin work within branchAdhering to Company policiesThe PersonPrevious experience in residential estate agency would be a bonus but not essentialComputer literateMust be well presented and good with time keepingGood written & verbal communication skillsHave the ability to work both in a team and independentlyA full UK driving license & own transport requiredHours of work are Monday — Friday 9am — 5:30pm and Saturday 9am — 12pm (1 in 2)Job Types:Full-time, PermanentSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availability (Saturday 1 in 2)Supplemental pay types:Bonus schemeEducation:GCSE or equivalent (preferred)Experience:Customer service: 2 years (preferred)Direct sales: 2 years (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving License (required)Ability to commute/relocate:Ormeau: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location:In person
