Sales / Lettings Negotiator

Reeds Rains estate agents are one of Northern Ireland's largest estate agency branch networks with 7 branches in total.
This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is charismatic, resilient & enjoys working as part of a team.
Typical Duties to include:

Dealing with customers both in person and over the phone
Ability to work as part of a team and to monthly targets
Carrying out sales & lettings viewings
Dealing with general admin work within branch
Adhering to Company policies

The Person

Previous experience in residential estate agency would be a bonus but not essential
Computer literate
Must be well presented and good with time keeping
Good written & verbal communication skills
Have the ability to work both in a team and independently
A full UK driving license & own transport required

Hours of Work
Monday — Friday 9am — 5:30pm and Saturday 9am — 12pm (1 in 2)
