Oversee the daily operations of sales and leasing administrationProvide administrative and marketing support to a team of agents.Assist in the production and collation of marketing materials, social media content, media releases etc.Liaise with stakeholdersOther administrative tasks The Criteria A strong understanding of administrative and real estate sales processesExperience in the property industry is desirable.Proficiency in CRM software management and accurate data entry.Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Suite tools (InDesign, Photoshop) would be greatExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and work with urgencyProactivity, attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
