Our client is a highly successful Commercial agency who have gone through a considerable growth period and continue to build the team at a steady pace. In this role, no day will be the same and you will need to have great time management skills. You will work closely with the broader team to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Roles & Responsibilities Will Include
Contract administration. Email inbox management Inputting sales data and deals into CRM Processing new listings Ensure all sales and leasing listings have been completed correctly Assistance to Directors. Providing a warm welcome to visitors, covering reception when required Handling incoming and outgoing mail Troubleshooting IT issues Assist with organising functions and events Ensuring the office is clean and tidy at all times Any other adhoc administration duties
The Successful Candidate Will Have
Experience working in a similar role High level administrative and organisation skills Outstanding attention to detail Strong ability to problem solve and think on your feet Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team Effectively prioritise and manage a busy workload Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability with Microsoft Office
