About You
Energetic, positive attitude, impeccable attention to detail and ability to work independently with a focus on results. Experience selling into the construction or similar industry and possess a practical understanding of the challenges of selling to trades, fabricators, or construction sites and resellers. Ability to balance account management with business development to meet targets and drive growth. Ability to build strong rapport and effectively manage ongoing client relationships, using consultative selling techniques, and follow-up. Experience in identifying and securing new business and growing market share. Ability to adhere to established sales processes and company procedures, ensuring effective and consistent sales strategies are implemented. Skilled in using data, market insights, and creativity to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and resolve client issues effectively. Competent computer literacy skills and CRM experience. Experience selling the value of a premium product in a competitive market. Passionate and driven – a self-starter with excellent time management skills.
