Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Health Sales Leader with a consultative sales approach to join our team and drive growth in our rapidly expanding healthcare business.
In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the healthcare sector.
You'll inspire and mentor a team to identify new business opportunities, build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, and close deals.
As our Health Sales Leader, you'll be vital in partnering with our clients throughout their digital transformation journey, positioning yourself and NCS as a trusted advisor.
You'll build and foster relationships with C-level executives to drive strategic growth opportunities, craft compelling sales proposals and tender responses, and help your team exceed targets.
With your passion and expertise, you'll help our clients achieve extraordinary outcomes.
QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role leading and building a portfolio of health clients for a tech consultancy, systems integrator or professional services firmAn expert in consultative and solution salesA strong background in sales with a strong network of health contactsExtensive experience selling products, solutions and services in cloud, digital transformation, application modernisation, data and AIA strong leader that can mentor, guide and motivateThe ability to drive complex bids, RFPs and RFQsStrong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across various levelsThe ability to build relationships within complex enterprise and government clientsA passionate self-starter with a collaborative attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills driven by sales successA consultative approach with the ability to have value-led conversationsWork Rights and Background ChecksTo be eligible for a position with us, applicants will need to have valid work rights for Australia and be willing to undergo a comprehensive background checking process, including probity and police checks.
