Specialized has an opening for a Sales Lead to join our team at Will Ride in Glenunga. You are a star on the front line working directly with our riders to deliver exceptional service and rider satisfaction and you enjoy leading a small team.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Motivate and lead sales team to deliver 5-star service.Mentor and train sales team on best practice process and rider engagement techniques.Assist the store manager in driving sales through the store, leading community engagement, events, and riding cultureYou enjoy meeting and making a connection with riders, asking questions and listening to their needsInspiring the rider to buy, celebrating the purchase, and creating a lasting positive impression of the team, Specialized, and the purchase processAssist in ensuring that visual merchandising standards are met and maintained, restocking as needed, ensuring product presentation areas remain clean and organisedReceiving new product and inventory managementCycle counting and inventory reconciliationStore transfers tracking and transportingTracking and assisting webstore sales and coordination of deliveryGeneral cleanliness standards are set at store opening, maintained throughout the day, and reset at close of business, including light cleaning dutyYou love staying up to date with current product featuresHOW TO APPLY If this sound like you then hit the apply button and send us your resume and a cover letter.
