As a Sales Team Leader at St Trinity Property Group, you will be instrumental in leading our sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence.
While real estate experience or project marketing knowledge is not necessary, a passion for sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a drive for success are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a diverse sales team to achieve sales objectives.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the PropTech sector.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales strategies with company goals.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
Conduct sales meetings, reviews, and training sessions to optimize team performance.
Analyze sales data to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Cultivate and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales reports and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles across diverse industries.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
