About the Role: Reporting directly to the General Manager of Fedelta, this role focuses on building and expanding a new customer portfolio within a defined national target market. As a true 'hunter,' the position requires a self-driven and autonomous professional. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a go-to-market sales plan, executing targeted marketing strategies to generate a robust pipeline of opportunities, and driving new customer acquisitions. The role also involves managing opportunities through a CRM system and providing regular activity reports.
The scope of your role includes developing the overall strategy and creating tactical plans to achieve new sales targets and day-to-day management of sales activities and performance.
Duties: Source new sales opportunities through business development activities.Present to prospects the product's capabilities and value proposition.Set and meet sales targets, track sales performance, and report results.Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.Assist with market intelligence, gathering information on competitor activities feeding back to General Manager.Develop your product knowledge and expertly promote the services.Understand the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and how they relate to Fedelta products.Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.Work collaboratively across teams, including development, project, technical and support.Skills Required: Strong presentation skills in person and over video in Business to Business sales.Strong sales capability with a drive for closing new business.Developing qualified leads through targeting Ideal Customer Profiles.Planning and implementing sales strategies.Have strong ethics in serving customers and meeting their needs.Experience in using CRM and managing pipelines.Knowledge of sales principles and practices.Preferable to have exposure to hospitality and/or retail industries.Personal Characteristics Required: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Able to work autonomously.Strong initiative and ability to prioritize tasks for maximum efficiency.Conscientious, able to work under pressure, and maintains a positive attitude.Holds oneself and others accountable for achieving results and takes personal ownership of responsibilities.Continuously challenges what is possible and strives for improvement.Ideally, experience in similar new business roles.Banyan Software company encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
