If you have a successful track record in retail sales, particularly with cleaning, industrial or capital equipment, you may have the skills we are looking for. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment where exceeding targets and maintaining a focus on growth, quality, reliability, and team culture are paramount.
This role is suited for an individual who:
Can quickly build rapport with customers
Understands retail sales processes and is familiar with using a CRM system
Works collaboratively with customers to identify their current and future needs
Has the ability to generate and manage leads through prospecting
Is adaptable and quick to learn
Is a self-starter who can multitask effectively
Is driven to achieve outcomes that benefit our customers, our business, and the team
Is personable and enjoys engaging with people
Ensures that operational documentation meets customer and company requirements
Maintains regular communication with customers
