Sometimes you'll work in an office, researching potential customers and engaging with them by phone or email. Other times you will meet customers at their office or another location. You may need to regularly attend conferences and networking events. Salespeople usually travel a lot as part of their role. You can find work as a salesperson all around Australia, with most jobs in cities and towns, and some in remote areas.QualificationsYou usually don't need any qualifications to be a salesperson, but a diploma or degree in sales, marketing, communications, or commerce will give you useful skills for the role.
