We are looking for an energetic and career-focused advertising sales coordinator to join our Sydney Sales Team. Led by the amazing Daniel Markovski, you will be part of a team that celebrates the wins, supports career development and enjoys good banter! This team and this role collaborate with the Sales, Creative, Promotion, Airtime and programming teams to ensure a smooth delivery of commercial campaigns for our clients.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
• Effective implementation of integrated client campaigns – this could include on-air advertising, podcast advertising and social media advertising depending on the client's strategy (you are a whizz at being organised and Excel is your second language)
• Preparation of client presentations and proposals (Canva and Powerpoint are your best friends)
• Processing of on-air booking approvals, sourcing and instructing advertising material
• Preparation of correspondence responding to client queries
• Effective use of sales resources and programs to support your Account Managers and Directors
• Assisting with the organisation of client events and functions as required
• Preparing post campaign reports for clients as required
• Maintaining and promoting effective working relationships with key
functions across the business

• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to carry out duties autonomously, and work effectively in a team environment
