In this role you will collaborate with the Sales, Creative, Integration, Airtime and Programming teams to assist the Account Managers in a smooth delivery of advertising and marketing campaigns for our clients. It's a role where your excellent communication skills, attention to detail and proactive attitude (you have never met a problem you couldn't solve!) will be appreciated and recognised.Our team based on the Central Coast are AMAZING and love the great outdoors, camping, good food, having fun and celebrating all the wins!More specifically some of the tasks assigned to this role include:• Prepare client presentations and proposals (you a whiz with Microsoft and like your work to look professional)• Respond to client queries (via email and via phone)• Process bookings, sourcing advertising material and applying instructions (your Sales Team and Create team will guide and support you as you get familiar!)• Assist in implementing client campaigns (so much fun!)• Support the planning and execution of client events and functions (even more fun!)• Prepare post campaign analysis, including air checks• Develop effective working relationships both internally and externallyYour goal will be to ensure the highest quality in administrative support to assist the Sales Team in achieving its goals and revenue for the business.
