Duties: not limited to
Manage lead response and convert leads to appointments. Maintain relationships with prospective leads and ensure timely communication. Provide clear information packages to prospects. Assist with expos, sales events, and administrative tasks. Meet or exceed sales objectives and manage client information. Lead a team of Sales Consultants. Facilitate team performance development and training. Travel interstate as needed and report on team activities and performance. Skills and Experience: Essential: Bachelor of Business or similar qualification Experience managing competing priorities and achieving sales targets. Leadership experience in a call center environment. Strong computer skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain accurate client records. Organisational skills and commitment to quality outcomes Desirable: Experience in Retirement Living, property services, or community/aged care. Knowledge of the Retirement Living Act and Regulations.
