The Role We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Darwin Operation & Hose Integrity Engineering Team. Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of client enquiries, technical support, continuous improvement of our client's hose & asset integrity management programs. While doing this, you will need to be a self-motivated individual who thrives on being proactive for our customers all while providing an exceptional level of customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Attend to customer enquiries and RFQs, cost and prepare quotations Receive and process orders from customers Source product from HoseCo's preferred suppliers Raise sales orders and purchase orders in Pronto ERP system Maintain constant contact with customers on order status Develop and review hose specifications & hose datasheets Maintain and update client asset registers in our owned and operated digital cloud based system Compilation and submission of MDRs, MDDs and other documentation Maintaining material traceability In process and final inspection of product Plan scheduled maintenance and proactive management of hose & related assets Report on audit findings and provide recommendations Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the HoseCo product range and offer product-related solutions Adhere to HSE standards and quality control procedures Support and promote HoseCo's values Skills and Experience We are looking for someone who is:
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Able to work closely with others in a team environment, as well as autonomously when required Willing to adapt to changing business requirements Our ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a customer service/sales or asset maintenance related roles Excellent Excel and Microsoft skills Engineering degree preferable (Graduates encouraged to apply!) Previous experience with industrial and hydraulic hose & fittings preferred but not essential The successful candidate will be required to provide a police check from within the last 12 months.
