The Role We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Darwin Operation & Hose Integrity Engineering Team. Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of client enquiries, technical support, continuous improvement of our client's hose & asset integrity management programs. While doing this, you will need to be a self-motivated individual who thrives on being proactive for our customers all while providing an exceptional level of customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Attend to customer enquiries and RFQs, cost and prepare quotationsReceive and process orders from customersSource product from HoseCo's preferred suppliersRaise sales orders and purchase orders in Pronto ERP systemMaintain constant contact with customers on order statusDevelop and review hose specifications & hose datasheetsMaintain and update client asset registers in our owned and operated digital cloud based systemCompilation and submission of MDRs, MDDs and other documentationMaintaining material traceabilityIn process and final inspection of productPlan scheduled maintenance and proactive management of hose & related assetsReport on audit findings and provide recommendationsMaintain an in-depth knowledge of the HoseCo product range and offer product-related solutionsAdhere to HSE standards and quality control proceduresSupport and promote HoseCo's valuesSkills and Experience We are looking for someone who is:
Self-motivated with a strong work ethicAble to work closely with others in a team environment, as well as autonomously when requiredWilling to adapt to changing business requirementsOur ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a customer service/sales or asset maintenance related rolesExcellent Excel and Microsoft skillsEngineering degree preferable (Graduates encouraged to apply!)Previous experience with industrial and hydraulic hose & fittings preferred but not essentialThe successful candidate will be required to provide a police check from within the last 12 months.
