The Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Fundraising Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have good experience in delivering a high level of sales and customer service and be able to work independently.
As a fundraising officer for the Royal Life Saving Society WA, you will join a team of dedicated fundraisers that work at various locations across the Perth metropolitan area.
You will be engaging with people within the local community to raise awareness on our lifesaving programs as well as directly raising funds through the sale of merchandise and raffle tickets.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Representing our brand with excellent face-to-face customer service.Promoting the sale of merchandise and raffle tickets.Continually striving to meet and exceed sales targets.Identifying new leads and establishing new business relationships for various products and services.Providing accurate reporting information.Successful candidates will be: A charismatic confident 'people person' able to positively engage with members of the public.Sales experience in a similar role is highly desirable.Bringing a positive energy and a can-do attitude.Goal-oriented, resilient and self-motivated.Available to work at least 15 hours per week including some weekends.Must have a reliable car and driver's license.The ability to work within a team or independently.Reliable, well-presented and enthusiastic.A great communicator who enjoys building relationships.Ambitious and not afraid to seek new opportunities.Mature-aged applicants are encouraged to apply.Current police clearance may be required.What we offer Opportunity to contribute to the broader WA community.Branded uniform.Employee benefits and support.Opportunity to build a career or just be your best in this role.On-the-job training.Sound like an opportunity for you?
