Three Rivers Machinery is a family owned and operated CNH (Case IH, Case Construction and New Holland) Ag Machinery Dealership Group, located in Dubbo, Gilgandra, Narromine and Warren NSW.
Due to the growth of the business, we are now seeking a full-time Sales Finance Administrator to join our team in the Dubbo branch. This role reports to the Sales Support Leader.
The primary purpose of the position is to provide sales and financial administration support to the sales department and communicating back to the customer directly. This is a dynamic and fast paced role.
About the Job Provide administration services to the sales team. Provide sales and finance service to the customer and become the interface between the customer and the sales team. Complete all sales finance quotes and applications for the customer. Complete all the sales and finance administration paperwork to provide a seamless and hassle free experience to the customer. Market Three Rivers products and after service capabilities. Maintain weekly and monthly reporting across the sales departments and maintain sales records. About You You are passionate about all things administration and customer service. You are meticulous with an exceptional attention to detail, are punctual and reliable. You enjoy meeting and working with all types of people and can maintain your professionalism, always. You meet deadlines, can work as part of a team or independently, are proactive and are always looking to learn something new and continually build upon your knowledge base.
Qualifications and Experience 2 years minimum experience in a similar administration position. Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar is highly advantageous. Intermediate to Advance Level in the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word and Excel). Experience in a DMS (Dealer Management System) is highly advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
