Job Description:
As a Salesperson at Adelaide French Polishers, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients, both new and existing. You will play a key role in promoting our services, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. If you have a passion for sales, an eye for detail, and an appreciation for fine craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing clients to promote our range of furniture restoration and polishing services.
- Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new products to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
-General office duties including invoicing and following up account payments.
-Assist with furniture deliveries when required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry (furniture, home décor, or restoration).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Passion for furniture design, restoration, and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
