Job DescriptionAccount management of leisure and growing their potential.Identifying need periods and adapting strategy and promotional campaigns accordingly.Immediate and timely communication to Sales team and property on-site teams, developing long-term professional business relationships.Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.Identify new markets and business opportunities, acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.Implement all sales action plans related to this market as outlined in yearly strategy.Conduct daily sales calls and evaluations with partners.Represent hotel in various events and exhibitions.Help out the team with any other client events and sales calls.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
Bachelor or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related specialties.At least 3 to 4 years of experience in sales leisure.Knowledge of leisure travel and hospitality, and other related tourism industries required.Must show pattern of significant growth and consistency in prior work experience.To effectively communicate with guests, oral fluency in English is required.
