This is the perfect opportunity for a driven sales/account executive who is keen to get on board at the ground level with this expanding global software business.You will be working directly alongside the Sales Director, learning about the product and the value it brings to customers as well as how to sell it. You will be coached and guided on how best to solve customer problems and close complex sales.Approximately 70% of your time will be spent qualifying and closing leads on new accounts and working with presales to build a solution for customers. The other 30% of your time will be on new business development. Once onboarding and training is complete, you will be responsible for small to midcap sales, with larger sales and clients being escalated to the Sales Director and Managing Director.Sales typically range from $50K to $350K and the sales cycle can take between 3 and 12 months. Whilst there is a considerable volume of enquiries to manage, time will also be spent on researching potential customers to better understand how this product can improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and increase their profits. This is a high value product. Competitors in the market are all lower value and do not have the functionality and benefits of this product.Importantly, you will have a very commercial mindset, with a keen interest in how technology can improve the way organisations operate. You will enjoy working with business stakeholders to understand their needs and enjoy demonstrating how technology can benefit them.You must have experience delivering SaaS demonstrations and selling these solutions.
