Some responsibilities of this role include: Professionally handling inbound enquiries by phone, internet and walk-inSupporting customers with product enquiriesConsistent approach to outbound callsInteracting and fostering relationships with our customersProfessionally representing Mercedes-Benz and the Autosports Group at all timesSupporting team members to achieve positive outcomesMeeting targets for customer service and sales across New, Pre-Owned and Commercial vehicles.To be considered for this role, you will have: Previous experience in automotive salesExcellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to seek direction and assistance where appropriateConfident IT skillsExcellent attention to detail and a highly professional approach delivering an exceptional customer experienceA proven capacity to work autonomously and as part of a teamA friendly, customer service oriented natureCurrent Australian drivers licensePlease note, criminal background checks may be required for this position.
