As a Sales Executive at Hilton Surfers Paradise, you will have a passion for customer service and actively maximize sales for groups and events by generating and turning customer inquiries into confirmed sales. You will work closely with the commercial team to achieve pre-established goals and will interact frequently with customers and guests to learn about their needs and develop relationships from which to earn repeat and expanded business.
Review business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targetsContribute to the selling strategy of the hotel, and assist with the department's adherence to achieving that strategyUnderstand the competitive marketplace and ensure the hotel stays ahead in the local marketSelling to achieve planned and forecast revenues and the department's Key Performance IndicatorsProactively generating business leadsAnswer customer queries in a prompt and professional mannerWhat are we looking for? To successfully fill this role, you should have the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values including:
Previous experience working in a similar rolePassion for sales and hospitalityExcellent selling capabilityPositive attitude and good communication skillsCommitment to delivering a high level of customer serviceThe drive and ability to work under pressure using your creativity, tenacity, and initiative
