We're recruiting for a Sales Executive to work across Cairns and the surrounding areas to showcase and sell some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International beer, cider & seltzer market. This includes iconic brands such as XXXX, Tooheys, Hahn, Stone & Wood, Furphy, White Claw and Little Creatures.
This role will look after our valued Cairns North customers and will include 1-2 nights travel per month.
What does a day in the life of a Lion Sales Executive look like?
• You will work with our established customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional execution with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers hands
• You will travel to our customer sites to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them
• You will be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point and determined brand execution
• Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team
• Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers
What are we looking for?
• Customer and consumer obsessed individual, you'll be driven to build effective and strong customer partnerships
• Sales experience: You may come from a FMCG, retail, hospitality or even recruitment or pharmaceuticals background – whichever this may be, you are motivated by sales and have a drive for results
• A proactive attitude and fearlessness in pursuing new business opportunities. You should be comfortable with actively seeking out prospects and embracing each day with unwavering enthusiasm.
• Accountability. You keep your promises and deliver on your commitments
• A full, clean drivers' licence, as well as the ability to work in AUS on a perm basis
