FACTS provides comprehensive solutions for School Management Administration, Curriculum, Well-being, Finance, Payment Plans, Incidental Billing, and Payment Forms to over 160 schools across Australia and New Zealand.
Our solutions are web-based cloud platforms that integrate seamlessly via API calls to the school vendor ecosystem.
About the role The role of Sales Executive - FACTS is responsible for building new business from the FACTS School Management and FACTS Tuition Management products across Queensland and Northern Territory.

Work with a fun, vibrant, and supportive team.What your day will look like: Develop new business with schools, diocese, and organisations responsible for or involved in the independent school market in a defined geographic territory.Represent FACTS at industry association conventions, meetings and gatherings.Create, maintain and further high-level relationships within Diocesan, Christian and all school related organisations.Make cold calls to set appointments.Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales goals and quotas.Develop an annual sales plan for a defined geography.Coordinate and conduct seminars for prospective schools.Maintain FACTS marketing database for the given geography.About you: A minimum of five years of experience in direct sales.Experience managing up to 25+ projects concurrently and moving all to some level of completion.Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Skills and Experience Ability to work independently.Proficiency in computer technology use of data management, sales management, and sales presentations applications, as well as Microsoft applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and a sales management platform (Salesforce.com or equivalent).Excellent communication and public speaking skills.Ability to persuade prospects to purchase an intangible service offering.Exceptional listening skills with the ability to formulate a response to prospect objections.Ability to define prospect needs and respond quickly with solutions.Professional and personable in both dress and speech.Strong work ethic, values, and integrity.Outgoing personality and willingness to make cold calls to set appointments.Valid driver's license, and dependable transportation with the ability to travel as necessary.Ability to manage an expense account within defined parameters.Commitment to community and/or service organisations and volunteerism.Why you'll love working with us!
