Sales Executive – CRM Consulting
Fulltime – Sydney
Salary: 120k base + super + comms (200k OTE) A local Salesforce Consulting partner with a strong reputation for delivering innovative and successful Salesforce solutions is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and driven sales professional to join their growing team. Working under the Managing Director and closely with the senior leadership team, you will build relationships with vendors and customers, be proactive in bringing in new business, and have fun outstripping the competition in performance and partnership!
The Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join the sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of sales experience, with a strong background in services sales. They should possess a deep understanding of CRM and marketing automation ecosystems, particularly Salesforce, and demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate the customers' value proposition to potential clients.
Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting efforts, including cold outreach, networking events, and leveraging existing contacts.Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges, and effectively articulate how the Salesforce services can address them.To establish trust and credibility, cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, sales leaders, and marketing professionals.Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation of all activities.Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, messaging, and materials that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the CRM and marketing automation space to position our services and differentiate ourselves in the market effectively.Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation activities, pipeline development, and conversion rates, to measure progress towards sales goals and identify areas for improvement.Experience Experience in services sales, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation ecosystems, with specific expertise in Salesforce highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects and clients.Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why you should apply Work alongside and learn from industry leaders.Year on year double-digit revenue growth.Work with a team passionate about technology and the impact it has to better people's lives.How to apply Get involved – click the Apply button to submit your application.
