Role Description This is a casual position located in Adelaide for a Business Relationship Manager at Crashnotatfault Accident Replacement Cars. You will be responsible for managing accident cases from start to finish. This includes assessing applications for eligibility, arranging replacement vehicles for customers, managing claims and repairs, and liaising with customers. A strong focus on customer service is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Manage an account of existing clients, including tow truck and collision repair companies.Engage with existing clients over the phone and face-to-face to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.Inform and educate referrers on initiatives, procedures, and points of difference.Log detailed activities, visits, and relevant commentary to ensure accurate reporting and review of business.Handle feedback and complaints, implementing problem-solving strategies to resolve client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate new business opportunities.What's in it for You: Uncapped commission structure and various streams of bonus incentives.Fully maintained company vehicle and fuel card.Laptop, mobile phone, and uniforms provided.About You: Prior experience in the same or a competitor field.Proven experience in fostering long-term relationships and providing service to customers and/or clients.Excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills.Well-developed verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
