JDE Peet's are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our thriving team.As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our out-of-home business by hunting and capitalising on new sales opportunities in the Clubs & Leisure segments, whilst also maintaining existing customer accounts in the Hotels, Healthcare & Café' segments. This role will be allocated to the accounts in Sydney's northern suburbs.The brands you'll be loving and selling include Piazza D'oro, Espresso di Manfredi, L'OR, Pickwick and Moccona as well as other well-known brands to help you drive your sales.You will join an experienced and supportive team who can help you grow valuable experience in the coffee industry. Your time will be focused on the road hunting for new customers and managing current customers and one day will be spent in the Kingsgrove office with your team, where you'll get to complete admin work, and share wins and learnings from the week with your team members.In this role, you will take total ownership of your territory and: Hunt to convert and grow new accounts across your dedicated segments in the northern suburbs of Sydney.Manage an existing direct customer base of approx. 50 accounts.Drive incremental revenue and profit by identifying growth opportunities with existing customers.Work cohesively with varied stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure transparent communication and accountability! Take ownership of account management, financial analysis, decision-making and identifying opportunities for new business development, knowing you have the support of a great team behind youSet your call cycle and be routine and process-focused with a degree of flexibility.
