Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Construction Solutions Team in Wetherill Park.
You will be responsible for generating sales of Ausreo products for building and construction work across Sydney Metro including, but not limited to government projects, civil infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential high rise.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager – Construction Solutions NSW and your responsibilities will include:
Maximise sales opportunities by liaising with customers in various market segmentsMaintain relationships with key decision makers with current and prospective clients with a view to leverage those relationships to promote Ausreo products and services to generate sales at maximum margin.Coordinate all functions of the company to fulfil contract supply requirementsPrepare pricing strategies and quotationsPromote opportunities to supply value add products and services such as accessories by interpreting building plansLiaise with Sales team members and Service Centres to collate advice on potential customers and projects and negotiations on supply agreements in line with pricing strategiesEstablish and maintain a high degree of quality awareness, resulting in delivery of products and services of high qualityLiaise with Schedulers, Services Centres, Production and the Despatch teams in the co-ordination of customer orders and deliveriesTo Be Successful Commercial knowledge of products and services within the Construction and Building IndustryProven track record in field sales and achievementsCustomer orientated, capable of competently liaising with internal staff and customers in professional and pleasant mannerHigh level of negotiation skillsExisting network of contacts and the ability to develop long term business relationshipsAbility to research and target the appropriate segmentsIt is an exciting time to be part of the Ausreo family with opportunities for career development and progression.
