At the heart of the Josef Chromy estate is an immersive dining experience at our hatted restaurant.Sales & Events Manager - Josef Chromy WinesJosef Chromy Wines is passionate about delivering unique and memorable experiences as it is about producing world-class Tasmanian Wine.We're looking for a Sales & Events Manager to continue leading the business as the go-to destination for weddings, social, and corporate events at our estate.Josef Chromy Wines is a premiere wedding destination venue in Launceston with picturesque views over the lake and vineyard, hosting a number of weddings, major events, and smaller corporate and social activities.In this role, you will continue to drive and grow this arm of the business through site tours, industry consultation, and execution of event strategy.You'll be responsible for curating unforgettable experiences for our guests, from large-scale events, weddings, and intimate celebrations, bringing your guests' special day together successfully and stress-free.Responsibilities:In collaboration with key stakeholders, planning and activation of large scale, world-class events (including Effervescence, Festivale and Grapes of Mirth)Deliver sales to meet established budgetsIdentify opportunities for development of event package and product offerings on an annual basisIdentify new opportunities for ticketed and collaborative eventsAttend external events and expos to represent Josef Chromy Wines, including to the MICE, Tourism and Wedding marketQualifications:2+ years' experience in event sales and delivery, ideally including large scale events and/or wedding coordinationExcellent and effective communicationExperience working to sales targets and driving businessKnowledgeable and confident in the world of wineBenefits:On-site discounts at Josef ChromyAn exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphy's, Woolworths, BIG W and other Endeavour Group brands, including our ALH pubsMonthly meeting-free daysYour health and wellbeing is your most important asset, and as one of our valued team members, it's our first priority.
