Join our dynamic team and help us continue to deliver exceptional staging experiences!Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Account Manager at Megadeck Staging Systems in South Melbourne, VIC. The Sales and Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and effective communication in promoting Megadeck's staging solutions.What You Will Do:Sales: Hunting for new sales and building relationships with connections in the event industry.Customer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for all event inquiries, delivering outstanding customer service.Event Planning: Coordinate staging solutions for events, collaborating closely with clients to ensure all their needs are met.Sales Coordination: Manage client accounts, follow up leads, create and finalise sales agreements.Project Management: Oversee the logistics of event setup and breakdown in conjunction with the operations team, ensuring timely and flawless execution.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as production and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.Event Reporting: Track event success, client feedback, and manage any post-event follow-ups.Ideal Candidate Profile:Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills.Lead Generation and Communication skills.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Experience in the events or entertainment industry is a plus.Degree in a business-related field is preferable.We Offer:An exciting and varied role in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.The opportunity to work with a passionate and innovative team.A competitive salary package.Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.Join Us!If you're passionate about events and have a knack for sales and customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
