The Club at Parkwood Village is seeking an ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR Sales & Event Coordinator to join the Events Team.
The Role As the Sales & Event Coordinator you will:
Assist to secure new business via inbound enquiries and proactive salesCreate sound relationships with clients, prospective clients & stakeholdersAchieve a high level of client satisfactionClient and/ Event retentionConsistently meet client and stakeholder needs, wants and expectationsThe production of proposals and event agreementsMaximize business opportunities as they arise.Assist to drive event sales and exceed annual sales KPI.Coordinate bookings and internal resources for events, activities and functions including contractor liaison in accordance with policies and procedures and revenue raising requirements.Facilitating venue inspections with clientsLiase regularly with the General Manager regarding the businesses strategic plan.100 % Compliance in Bookings v POS reconciliationLiase with senior management to support and implement growth strategies, in both customer service and business.Keep updated and promote the facilities, promotions, events, entertainment, rewards and incentive programs.Any additional duties that may be required from time to time or as directed.The Club The Club at Parkwood Village is a premier entertainment destination and the official home of the Gold Coast Titans.
