Sales Estimator - New Home Builder

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Estimator, based in a busy office in Brisbane.
You MUST have a minimum of 3+ years of Sales Estimating experience in a similar capacity, ideally with New Custom Homes or high-end renovations, preparing and calculating initial Sales Estimating and preparation of tender and variation costs from information provided by the Sales Department.
Key responsibilities (but not limited to): Complete estimating from tender documents and variations.Prepare inventory items and assemblies in an estimating package for common items.Ensure correct quantities are in the BOQ's and complete on-site measures and take-offs when required.Liaise with staff, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure a cohesive approach to the construction process.Check contract plans for accuracy prior to release for construction.Liaise with Construction Supervisors and Managers.This is a hands-on role where you will confidently demonstrate an understanding of the estimating workflow process, be interactive, flexible, and progressive in your thinking.
