Sales Estimator

Seeking an experienced Sales Estimator for an award-winning residential builder. This role is based in the Newcastle region (Thornton).About the company:This residential building company is one of the country's most reputable new home builders offering both highly customisable building designs and value house and land packages. This role is based in Newcastle (Thornton), although they service the whole state.About the role:Reporting into the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate sales estimates for tenders and contracts for a variety of custom and project builds including single, split level, and double story homes. Responsibilities will include:Preparing cost estimates for various types of homes, including single-storey, split-level, and double-storey designs.Obtain quotes and prices for variations.Compiling and submitting sales tenders for both registered and unregistered land, using site inspection images, satellite views, and street imagery from mapping tools.Developing pricing for pre-contract variations and preparing detailed scopes of work.Calculating site-related costs, including earthworks.Skills & experience:At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Estimating role for a residential home builder.Experience using Businesscraft is preferable.High attention to detail and strong time management.If this sounds like you, please APPLY NOW with your updated resume or give me a ring on 0455 555 *** to discuss.Please note only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
