Job Responsibilities:
Market Development: Identify and establish relationships with OEMs and industrial clients in Australia to introduce our linear actuators and related products.
Prospecting: Collaborate with our Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to research and qualify potential customers, leveraging your existing connections where possible.
Technical Consultation: Assist clients in product selection, customization, and integration, ensuring our solutions meet their specific needs.
Project Management: Oversee the validation and implementation stages of our products, providing technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
Supplier Coordination: Work closely with our contract manufacturers in Asia to align customer requirements with production capabilities, manufacturability, and pricing.
After-Sales Support: Serve as the main point of contact for clients until their first regular production order, addressing concerns and nurturing the relationship.
Market Insight: Gather and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
Documentation: Create and update manufacturing and technical documentation to support client projects.
Who We're Looking For:

Qualifications:
Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in technical sales, sales engineering, or B2B account management.
Proven experience selling non-capex components to industrial clients and OEMs.
Existing relationships with OEMs in Australia is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with linear actuators, motion control products, motors, or similar technologies.
Proficiency in creating and updating manufacturing documentation.
Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and basic programming (e.g., Arduino) is a plus.
Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms like HubSpot.
Communication: Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
