Supporting our Sydney/Melbourne/Auckland Offices, this role will be crucial in supporting our global sales team by coordinating enablement initiatives, managing resources, and ensuring the standardization and alignment of sales training and development programs with our U.S. headquarters. Key Responsibilities: Program Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing sales enablement programs, including training sessions, workshops, webinars, and onboarding for new sales hires. Resource Management: Maintain and organize sales enablement resources, such as training materials, playbooks, and sales tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible for the sales team. Communication: Serve as the point of contact between the sales enablement team and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on enablement initiatives. Standardization Support: Ensure that all sales enablement programs and materials are standardized and consistent with those developed at the U.S.-based headquarters, adapting them as necessary for the local market while maintaining alignment with global strategies. Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for sales training events, including scheduling, room booking, and managing participant engagement and communication. Data and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics related to sales enablement activities, providing regular reports and insights to the Sales Enablement Manager and other stakeholders. Content Support: Assist in the creation and distribution of learning content, such as presentations, guides, and eLearning modules, as needed. Technology Support: Help manage and support the sales enablement tools and platforms, ensuring that the sales team can efficiently access and utilize available resources. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from the sales team on training programs and resources, and work with the Sales Enablement Manager to implement improvements. Ad-hoc Projects: Support other sales enablement initiatives and projects as assigned. Travel Required: 50% Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. Skills: Proactive, strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM software, Learning Management Systems) is a plus. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Cultural awareness and adaptability, with an understanding of how to tailor global strategies to local markets. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement role is preferred.
