It provides bespoke products to the market share leaders in healthcare in markets in Europe and Asia supporting their transition to digital care services.Founded in 2018 with a desire to bring innovative, reliable and affordable digital technology to telecare products and equipment throughout Europe and Asia to support care organisations and customers make the transition from analogue to digital as easily as possible.Job DescriptionWill be responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships and connectivity, while growing market share in Australia.Main Job Duties: Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate 2-3 key B2B clients in the Australian/New Zealand market. Lead Engagements: Serve as the primary contact for named accounts, ensuring robust and lasting relationships. Market Leadership: Launch new products with confidence, presenting their features and benefits effectively. Technical Expertise: Address customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and modifications with expert knowledge. Market Insight: Analyze market pricing and competitive landscape to strategize effectively. Strategic Planning: Create and execute a business plan to drive growth and enhance market share. Customer Satisfaction: Oversee account management, including contract negotiations and alignment with sales targets. Training and Support: Train agents on new products and provide ongoing support to maximize sales. The Successful Applicant Educational Background: BS or BA from an accredited university. Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the Telecare, Healthcare, or Social Care sector with a proven track record of success. Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, both oral and written. Organization: Strong organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; multicultural experience is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and internet-based resources.
