Short Description
Infosys is seeking a Senior Manager - Client Services to grow our business within accounts in the Core Manufacturing Industry.
The Senior Manager is accountable for all aspects of client relationship.
The Senior Manager leads the effort to acquire new logos, preparation and execution of the Account plan, reviews Sales plan/pipelines, support and review proposal preparation and outcomes.
The Senior Manager will be engaging with senior stakeholders including CXOs for acquiring new logos and managing accounts.
Location: Melbourne Job Responsibility Drives acquisition of new logos with Infosys servicesIdentifies and drives large opportunities for new businessManaging accounts in the Core Manufacturing sectorEstablishes partnerships to support client needsEngages the relevant internal Infosys teams and service lines team for developing solutionsBe the escalation point and if needed also directly handle risks and issues related to the accounts Required skills Demonstrated experience in Senior-level client-facing roles or account management & business development leadership roles in Australian marketExperienced in the Manufacturing industry sector and new logo acquisitionExperienced in managing business portfolio of $10 Mn+End to end multiple account ownership including account forecasting, budgeting, operations and overall P&LStrong Client Relationship Management skills; engagement with Client General Managers and CXOsDeep experience in client engagement in a Global delivery model and drive solutions and financial decisions with offshore teams At Infosys, we recognize that everyone has individual requirements.
