Whilst the role offers hybrid working, it is anticipated that the majority of your working time would be onsite at the designated Aon office.Skills and experience that will lead to successExperience: A minimum of 10+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within the insurance, risk management, or consulting sectors, with a focus on large, complex clients.Client Focus: Demonstrated success in managing and engaging large corporate clients, preferably within ASX-listed companies, large private businesses, and government sectors.Leadership: Demonstrated capability in guiding and nurturing high-performing sales teams, encouraging innovation and effective strategies.Relationship Building: Strong relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and key decision-makers.Critical Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans, aligned with Aon's broader business goals.Financial Savvy: Strong understanding of financial metrics, sales forecasting, and performance management.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
