This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of complex client needs and the ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships at the C-suite level. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the largest clients in the ASX-listed, large private, and government sectors.Client Engagement:
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with senior team members, including C-suite executives, ensuring Aon is a trusted advisor.Sales Growth:
Drive significant revenue growth by finding opportunities to expand Aon's reach within these crucial client segments.Market Insights:

This role sits within our Global & Corporate division, our largest division specialising in the provision of insurance broking and risk advisory services to a broad portfolio of privately-owned, publicly listed and government organisations from large multinationals to mid-sized enterprises.A critical aspect of the role includes face to face client engagement, including collaborating and interacting with the leadership and broader Aon teams. Whilst the role offers hybrid working, it is anticipated that majority of your working time would be onsite at the designated Aon office.Skills and experience that will lead to success
Experience:
A minimum of 10+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within the insurance, risk management, or consulting sectors, with a focus on large, complex clients.Client Focus:
Demonstrated success in managing and engaging large corporate clients, preferably within ASX-listed companies, large private businesses, and government sectors.Leadership:
Demonstrated capability in guiding and nurturing high-performing sales teams, encouraging innovation and effective strategies.Relationship Building:
Strong relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and key decision-makers.Critical Thinking:
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans, aligned with Aon's broader business goals.Financial Savvy:
Strong understanding of financial metrics, sales forecasting, and performance management.Communication:
